Schedule a Deposition

Sarnoff Court Reporters and Legal Technologies offers secure online password protected deposition scheduling. To schedule a deposition, simply goto MySarnoff.com. Use your Sarnoff login account to login and schedule your deposition. If you do not have a Sarnoff login account and you need a user name and password you can contact your Sarnoff Business Development Executive or send an e-mail to OnlineIDRequest@sarnoffcourtreporters.com and your request will be processed and an e-mail will be sent to you with your user name and password.

Please allow 48 hours‘ notice for all depositions set on-line. If immediate service is required, please call us at 1.877.955.3855.

If you prefer to send us your deposition setting using your own e-mail program, please select the e-mail link of the office you would like to schedule you deposition with.

If this is an after-hours calendar emergency the evening prior to the scheduled deposition, please call our after-hours scheduling representative:

Click the Sarnoff office location link below to send an e-mail to schedule a deposition or make a change to a deposition you have already scheduled. Please include in your e-mail the following:
  • Date of the requested deposition.
  • Witness Name.
  • Attorney's name and e-mail address.
  • Your name and e-mail address.

 

You will receive an auto-reply e-mail to confirm receipt of the deposition setting. A Sarnoff representative will contact for additional information concerning your deposition request. Additionally, a representative from SARNOFF will contact you the business day prior to the deposition to confirm that the deposition is going forward.
